Was not proactive in the home search on closing day after I signed papers I texted her about keys. She said she didn't realize I was closing that day so the next day I had to text again about keys because I hadn't heard back from her

Joe set the tone early about tempering expectations of finding a home quickly due to the market and being a great communicator. He was always available for showings including some short notice ones. Moving from Alaska to KS required some discretion due to the time differences but Joe was always available by phone/text…oftentimes working well into the night. Joe was able to do a virtual showing of our eventual home doing a full walk thru for us since we could not be there in person. Knowing our requirements (wheelchair accessibility) Joe had a nose for what we needed!

Shi is awesome. She never backed down from any challenges we were faced with when it came from the seller and selling agent. Shi ensured we were taken care of. She communicated clearly when it came to her being there for us as well as making sure things were in our best interest. Shi is the hardest working person I think I’ve ever seen actually. From sun up to sun down she made things happen for us, literally not joking. She can do it all and she does it flawlessly.

Ferris Strachan was amazing!! She was very honest, spent the time looking at homes and sending me videos when I couldn’t be there!! Ferris Strachan was so great, I actually got money back at closing!! How cool is that!! I don’t think I could’ve found a better realtor!

Patti Green-Kent could wrangle a hurricane, I swear. With how fast this whole process went from start to finish her expertise and connections with the lender, seller, and the seller's broker made all difference and I can't praise her enough with words.

Bill Osgood was very nice. He made sure to explain the steps about everything. He gave good advice. He also gave me phone numbers to resources when I needed help. I recommend him as a real estate agent. He was very knowledgeable.
