Jim & Janet were great! They kept in communication the entire time. The only hiccup was where to go to get my keys for the new place. I had to drive to 2 different locations to get my keys , garage opener and check. Also, they didn’t do a final walkthrough of the house. I didn’t know I could have had them do this. The previous owners did not clean at all before moving out. So we have a lot to do to make this house clean and comfortable. All in all tho I would highly recommend them! They were very friendly and easy to talk to and always got back with me promptly. Thank u

Felt very pressured to hurry up and close on the home even though there were significant issues that had not been resolved (trash and debris on property/electrical wiring not installed in compliance with National Electrical Code). Excessive excuses given for why sellers had not resolved problems (health/time/ "they tried so hard"). Near the end I felt my realtor was working more for the sellers than for me.
