We would have appreciated the agent more if she had appeared to support us as the buyers over the seller. At times, it seemed we were secondary as it is “still a sellers market”. Other than this, our agent was very helpful more often than not.

I was initially assigned to an agent in NC who had to ask that I get reassigned due to a situation out of her control (I was moving from out of state and she already had a commitment when I was coming out to home shop). Katerina Cockburn was assigned as my new agent and I am over the moon. While I’m sure the initial agent was wonderful, Katerina was a phenomenal communicator, incredibly friendly and personable. Absolutely adore her!
