Very poor customer service. In the beginning things were going well and than after about one month of looking my agent begin to become extremely unprofessional. I drive a tractor trailer for a living and instead of him calling me he would text me very important information which I didn't receive until almost too late. If I would take off work early for an appointment it would be canceled at the time of the appointment while I am on my way. At some point of the process I lt like he was working for the seller instead of me. I could go on and on about my experience but to summarize I would never use him ever again not even if he was the last agent to sell or buy a home.

Lisa Love was an absolute gem! She is friendly, savvy, and really cares about Veterans. After a short phone call with her, she had a home list sent out to me the same day, narrowing it down to my specifications--and nailed it! I only saw houses that I could afford with the features that I wanted. She helped me navigate the process from the house side, explaining each step and what to expect next, starting with the initial offer, the house inspection, all the way through signing papers. I would recommend Lisa wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a home in our area.

Bill was wonderful through the whole home buying process. Explaining everything in detail and working all times of the day with me being deployed to help complete the sale. He continues to check in to make sure everything is good and there have been no issues. I will recommend to friends and family to use bill as a real estate agent going forward and will use myself if buying a new property in the future.

Charles was so helpful throughout this process! He truly went above and beyond for us between meeting people at the house to get estimates and answering all my phone calls. He was there for us whenever we needed anything at all, which was much appreciated! I’d be more than happy to refer anyone to him.

Excellent! Can't rant and rave enough about Kelly's from NextHome. She too instrumental in finding the place and did so as if she were looking for herself. I definitely felt like I was in good hands and appreciated that. Nice to have people in the industry you can trust 🥰

Silvia Carmona did excellent. Went above and beyond our expectations and we are very fortunate to have her on our team. She tried her best to make up for the shortcomings of the Veterans United team, and thankfully we got the house despite their lack of care and attention to detail.

Carrie Basic is by far the best real estate agent I've ever worked with. She made everything EASY! She is not shy at all and made me trust her on day one. She also is VERY helpful with finding properties. I will refer people to her EVERY TIME!
