Debra was a new agent and lacked the total focus a client deserved. I too was a Realtor so I know the type of attention clients need and deserve. Pretty much I did majority of the work for her. She will need some mentorship especially if this was a first time buyer, I feel they would have felt slighted and ignored.

Steve was great too. No bullshit, to the point. He helped get things done. He was also an asset to tell me how the area is and made me feel comfortable about the location I was buying in. He called me on weekends, or whenever to get things taken care of that needed to be taken care of. I would say he went above and beyond the typical real-estate agent. I don't trust very many people, but I ended up trusting Steve.

MS Barbara was always available when I had questions or concerns. She even helped us save thousands of dollars when the scope was not done after the foundation work was completed. There was a clogged line that would have caused major damage after we signed. She made sure that was fixed before we signed for that I am forever grateful to have her for my agent

Jason Rivera was a true professional from start to finish. Jason and his team (Tawnya) ensured that the homes they had shown us met all that what we were looking for in a home. They answered all the questions we had, gave us very good information about the houses and neighborhoos and took time to explain the entire home buying process from start to finish.

We are very grateful for all the help Jennifer Sanders, Sarah Ferguson and Bre Nixon provided. We always felt well informed and up to date on everything during the entire process. This was our first time buying a home and they were very patient and helpful. Will definitely be recommending them to anyone needing a realtor!
