I’m going to be honest, the communication and lack of engagement was irritating towards the final portions of the sale. I had to push for information and any communication I got was usually vague and not helpful unless I pushed him for more information. Not a bad guy but goodness every real estate agent I’ve worked with has been there and super engaged until the close.

I will HIGHLY recommend Crystal. If we ever have the opportunity to purchase again, Crystal would be my first option. We gave her our game plan on what we wanted and the time frame we wanted to start looking. She did pressure us or gave us house that would good match but the house she knew we would love. She was knowledgeable with the VA loan requirements was nice as well and saved us times looking at house that wouldn't work out. Unlike the realtor we worked with in the past, Crystal provided potential houses and made the search easier to look at. She moved quickly and responded very fast with all text and call. Again, highly recommend.
