We had a couple hiccups because the seller had conditions that I was not willing to agree to and caused delays with the closing. I was very pleased with my agent and their team's willingness to work with me to address my concerns until they were resolved.

Tim went above and beyond any job description and was extremely kind during the entire process. I would even consider him a friend after all of his hard work! Even during a personal crisis period he took time away from his family to make sure my needs were fulfilled for this arduous process. Not many realtors (much less humans) would care enough to do those things or take those extra steps. It’s men like him that help restore a little faith back into my opinion of the human race!

I had the pleasure of working with Mark, who made my life very very easy. Mark is exceptionally knowledgeable, easy to talk to and get along with, and seems to have lots of experience as a buyer, seller, and agent. Every time there was a hiccup in the process, Mark proposed a series of plans as well as asking what I wanted, giving me full controll to decide how the negotiations went, but being able to use his experience and knowledge.

Very professional and went above and beyond to work with us to scout several different options. When I contacted him he was responsive and explained all the details for everything we were doing, moreover , providing us with great feedback on all the areas we weee looking at for our first home.
