Dan was great to work with when looking for homes to purchase. I was usually able to see a property the same day. When I found my home we walked out from looking at it and I said write it up. I told him the terms I wanted and everything went smoothly.

Poor communication on several occasions. Even miscommunication again more than once. Some information was not communicated (correctly). For example, I was under the impression that a second inspection would be done to verify the work from the previous inspection was completed. On the final walk through one day prior to closing, she advised me that a follow up inspection was the buyers responsibility and on my dime. If I had known this I would have absolutely arranged for this inspection to happen. She dropped the ball, big time. I have no idea if everything was done; roof issues among them. She knew very little about the property. Other concerns could be listed. If you would like to discuss further no problem. She complained that she couldn’t reach me for days on end-not true except for a few days after eye surgery.

Luci Buschard is a true gem and a bona fide saint; we must've gone through 36 property selections throughout our house-hunting, and she tirelessly and patiently researched each and every property for us. We suspect she's constantly inundated by other client requests, but she always promptly responds either via text, email or phone call within 30 minutes (except when she's already asleep :D) We've already closed on the house, but she's still sending us walk-through videos of the home; following up as the owners vacate the property, while sending us helpful information on home care, maintenance, etc. We're so excited to finally live in our new home, but all of these actions and results would not have been possible if not for Luci. Highly-highly recommend her as a real estate agent. She's been a blessing and so very grateful for her.

The agent was very open to listening to what we wanted and was very accessible and honest with us each step of the way ensuring we were only looking at things we wanted and qualified for with a VA loan. We made a new friend and will be referring others because of the excellent service and availability.

Anthony made the experience for us. Very knowledgeable in what he does and the entire process went very smoothly due to his professionalism and understanding. Always made himself available when we asked him a question which calmed allot of our nerves knowing we had him in our corner.
