WOW, ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! That's military jargon and that's Mrs Lewis. Talk about being there... I recall her being on the phone with me after working hours just to make sure I understood. Nathalie and her team including Jill are the best Agents amy veterans could be given then pleasure of being assigned to. Nathalie's instincts are unmatched in this business! She never met me!
