Shannon was a better agent for closing than selling. She did not provide any listings or recommend any properties. However, her work "behind the scenes" enabled us to overcome a number of barriers and move forward woth the sale and purchase of properties.

Inexperienced. Many times I would ask questions she would not know the answer at all. It was a lot of “I’ll get back to you!” and “let me ask this girl who I’m studying under.” It did not make me confident at all. I really had to do a lot of leg work to help myself because she really couldn’t. There was even a time I explained something to her that I had researched.. i mean that was crazy lol. She was very nice! I mean, seriously, very nice! Just don’t think she’s a great match for a FIRST TIMER! She should work with people who are on their third house or more. Those people don’t need as much help. Also, the company seemed to have drama and beef with VU so idk if you all should continue partnering with them!

I feel like I did most (if not all) of the legwork in securing my 1st home purchase. I made the recommendations to have the seller pay for the maximum closing costs possible, found the home on my own, and the agent spent more time talking about his past successes rather than focus on the transaction at hand. The agent did nothing to assist in ensuring final walk through punch list actions were finished (I’ve moved into a home where I’m taking care of the majority of things I “thought” were contractually obligated to be completed. Further, my agent didn’t even congratulate me or check-in with me after the deal was closed.This was an opportunity for him to make 13k for little to no effort.

David went above and beyond to help us find the right home! For months, he drove around the entirety of San Antonio, made videos of properties we were interested in, and even picked me up from the airport on multiple occasions! David always took my calls and explained everything thoroughly so that it was easy to understand. After we closed, he personally bought us a house warming gift that was so perfect!

Sandi, has done an amazing job as an agent, but has done much better in building a relationship. She helped us through our searches and scheduled showings multiple times with a smile on her face! Ten out of ten, but I wish 11 was an option.

Olivia and Nick busted their asses to make my buying and selling experience enjoyable. Special thanks to Olivia for helping with a difficult seller and covering the second inspections we needed.
