Cale did great. It was fun to work with and when I asked him for information he got it to me in a timely manner. I liked that he brought the paperwork that told about the house, etc.

He told me “you’re getting a new roof” and after the deal went through, I found out, I did not get a new roof. Just some improvements which wasn’t what I negotiated in the deal and so my home insurance company dropped me. They were also told I was getting a new roof. He also convinced me not to offer under asking price and I still regret not attempting

Katrina did good in the first half but then kind of fell off. She dopped the ballnon several things. I had no idea about HOA fees or that our community had a pool.She wasnt there for my closing because she would have to push her daughters birthday party back 30min.Finally she didnt handle the issue well with the seller not giving me the right key to let me in my new house.But still she did got it done so I dont giver her a 1 or 2 star.

I had a Real estate agent before you guys appointed me one. I also have been looking for the last five months she could not find me anything . Samantha, Mason me and my wife, the Perfect Home in a matter of days unbelievable she answered every question I had. Met with me several times stayed in contact constantly. thank you for allowing her to serve me. she had my home inspected quicker than you can believe and all needed repairs done hats off to Samantha👍

For it to be my first home purchase and having the stories about what usually happened during this process, mine was one of the best situations anyone could have asked for.
