After an initial misunderstanding on my part. Shelle did a excellent job.

Our agent was on time and always met us at several different homes during this process. She was encouraging and supportive of our needs and even presented us with a gift on the day of our closing. She was also kind enough to continue working with us even after the closing process was complete to answer some additional concerns that we had with our new home

I specifically asked the agent to verify that the HOA monthly fees included cable. He sent me a document stating cable tv was included. After closing I went to Xfinity and they said they do not have a contract with the HOA. I contacted the HOA and they said cable is not included. This is an expense of $66.53 per month for basic cable which was misrepresented to me by your recommended agent. When I contacted him he is blowing me off. I thought he was suppose to look out for my interest. It looks like he is only interested in his commission.

Sheilah was an outstanding real estate agent, she went above and beyond anything that would be expected from an agent, she was incredibly knowledgeable, very quick to respond, listened well to what we were looking for and helped us secure our forever home. At this point she is almost like family! I will direct anyone and everyone I know who is looking for a home towards her for her professionalism, knowledge, expertise and ability to get things done!

She definitely was very blunt, honest, and real when it came to picking out a home and she was definitely my go to with any home buying questions that I had. She directed me to so many resources to help me, that I don’t even know what I would have done without her due to this being my first home buying experience. We will forever be friends. Blake was great. He knew when to push for something and when to let me not stress over an element of the "deal". We were able to work together to navigate price changes, nuance around roof replacement, and meeting the seller in the middle where we'd both walk away happy.

Dave was amazing throughout the entire process! I worked with Dave a few years back when starting my home buying journey and I’m glad he is the agent I was able to complete my first home purchase with. I would recommend Dave to anyone looking to purchase a home.
