Once under contract we weren’t super impressed. We would have a to do list of documents sent from our loan coordinator and we noticed that two or three of the same documents were lacking from our realtor on several emails from him. Once we mentioned it she said she would “look into it” then it would be resolved quickly when it had been sitting there for days. Just gave us a yucky feeling. There was some bad communication on other fronts. She’s a lovely person, but we were a bit disappointed when things felt more serious.

I really didn’t like my agent felt he was out for his own benefit didn’t really have my best interests at heart he’s sneaky and I would t recommend him for a veteran cause really I did t my own searching the stuff he had was old or did t really fit what I was looking for also he has deal with some of these builders he get kick backs for bringing people to them

Susan Shields is amazing and fantastic! She is so smart about house buying and possesses a ton of knowledge and experience. She truly had my best interest at heart and shielded me from nonsense. Susan was quick to respond and always made herself available to view houses and answer questions. She was caring as she educated me, kept the seller's agent accountable, and made the house buying process very smooth. I highly recommend Susan as your real estate agent, especially for her expertise with VA loans! She helped me find a wonderful house!

She was ALWAYS available for home tours. Her responsiveness was incredible. If she didn’t pick up, she always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. The delivery of the information was straightforward. She really treated the situation like she was purchasing the property – she looked out for me and had my best interests in mind.
