Although I’m not impressed with negotiations prior to and up to closing, my agent was always timely in making appointments for showings.

Rebecca consistently adjusted her search parameters and sent the occasional home that did not fit into our search criteria without us feeling like she was overstepping or being unrealistic. Because of her reaching outside our criteria, we ended up finding a perfect house. She was very easy to contact. Our Massachusetts reps on the other hand were unrealistic, did not listen to us well, and were very difficult to contact.

Tiana was the best. Intuitive, calm, responsive and pleasant to be around. I really felt like she cared. I was very impressed with her ability to know what i actually wanted versus what I thought I wanted, and direct the focus in those directions. I ended up in a house I wouldn’t Have chosen if not for her influence. She is also very humble because I know she will say I am giving her too much credit.

Catalina was/is absolutely fantastic! She made sure we understood everything at all times. She realized that we always show up early everywhere and started to do the same. She is friendly and out going. She never once made us feel stupid about asking a question. She never rushed us or tried to "sell" a house that she knew wasn't what we wanted.

I cannot recommend Louvina Ford and Shawn Gerald enough. They felt like family to us by the end of our process. They were super responsive, flexible, and genuinely wanted to help us find the best home. We never felt like just another client with them. I wish I knew more people buying homes just so we could refer them!!

Taylor is so sweet, patience, and awesome as well! Taylor has a soothing calming presence however if someone tries to take advantage of her clients she's coming out with boxing gloves! Which is what she did for me! She had my best interest and helped me with finding my beautiful home.

Seth listened to what we wanted and zeroed in on great choices immediately. When we made our decision Seth stepped up all along the process and was able to answer questions and direct us to services. Seth helped immensely in this process and made it easy.

She was fabulous. She went above and beyond considering I wasn’t able to meet with her or see the home in person because I was in another country she made arrangements with my family until I was home and made it all possible.

I worked closest with Dianna Jones meaning I spent the greatest amount of time with her.
She was and is an absolute sweetheart! She went above and beyond the call of duty in helping me out. Her kindness is admirable.
