I didn't feel that he was working hard to find a home for me. Most of the homes he showed us we found on our own. But he did get us set up to view them quickly. I would think it would have been better if he could have told us more about the property s and questioned us more on wait we did like about the ones he did show us and try to improve.

Initially, our agent was very helpful. After we became serious in looking for a home there was a disconnect in communication. We told her multiple times that we would not be physically present for closing on our home and we clearly communicated our timeline. She kept assuming that we would be present at closing and had to remind her 2 days before closing that we would not be there until a week after the assigned closing date. Also two days prior to closing we had no idea nor the title company that there were documents that needed to be signed physically in person. It was never communicated that docusign was not an option. We were given late instructions on how and where to send our earnest money deposit and the closing cost. Thankfully, the title company staff were very helpful and so were the veterans united staff. Then, my mother in-law mentioned that the agent forgot my spouses name after working with us for almost 3 months during closing.

I felt like I was alone through the whole process I basically did everything on my own. With the help of Aaron and Eli and the lennar team but my realtor was just not present. Not even a call on the day I got my keys.

Would not recommend. She seem bothered to do her job. Tried to keep me from seeing other properties after getting a bad inspection report. Couldn’t be bothered to give me a closing/housewarming gift.

Chad Link is an outstanding realtor agent. He went above and beyond to find our dream home. He was incredibly patient, listened to our needs, and provided personalized attention throughout the process. Very responsive, always prompt and clear communications were professionally done. He made our experience so manageable as first-time home buyers. We couldn’t ask for a better real estate agent. Highly recommend!

William Mann was amazing throughout this process. He took to the time to ensure I knew what everything meant and that I had all my questions answered. This was my first home purchase and I had lots of questions which he answered. In the end he and Lisa Mann listened to everything I wanted, and helped me get the home of my dreams. Their kindness will forever be appreciated.
