Rose did not listen to what we wanted. She tried to push houses on us that were missing key elements on our must have list or above our budget. Even though we worked with her for 4 months she couldn't keep Erik and my numbers separate and kept sending me texts that were meant for him - when they would be meeting for showing etc. She didn't fight for us or communicate the our questions/concerns with the builders agent.

Susan was amazing to work with. I was living in Illinois while buying in Orlando. She was super helpful by going to properties and video calling me to look at the properties. She was super helpful with guiding me through the process and helping me find a way to make it happen. When crunch time came, she was available and working with me on an hourly basis to get everything turned in on time and make the sale happen.

Ken Grodner was always ontop of things as well. From beginning to end he never stopped the search. He negotiated the best possible price for the house I wanted and actually saved me close to $15k. Very friendly, always on time, answered the phone day or night. Not only a great agent but a great human being. I couldn't be happier..

She was a good woman she was kind diligent, efficient, precise. The only mistake she made is she gave me the closing date on the 26th and I had everything ready to go on the 27th because I wanted to get out of her bed but I’m getting out today, 9 o’clock in the morning
