Carl was great. Lots of experience and very professional in helping me work through this negotiation with a seller that was somewhat hard to work with.Not sure when I will be on the market again, but definitely will be hoping to work again with Carl if in Maryland.

Cory is an amazing person. Personally I had a few issues due to him being on vacation at one point and not being available some of the times that we needed things done such as seeing homes and paperwork for the loan team. I did, however, enjoy working with him most of the time and ultimately he helped me find the house I was looking for and for that I’m very thankful.

Matt and his entire team were a dream come true for us as first time Hawaii property buyers. They made the entire process seamless and provided amazing service throughout the experience. They made accommodations for our crazy schedules, showed us all around the island and the various areas and made us feel like family. We were incredibly lucky to be paired up with such a knowledgeable and friendly real estate agent that we couldn't have asked for anyone else! We know we made lifelong friends in Matt and his team and will be staying in contact! We will DEFINITELY be using Matt and his team in future property purchases!
