Overall he was very knowledgeable, respected what we wanted and what we were looking for, sometime a little reluctant on exactly what we wanted or stand off ish. Overall, have had worse experiences but had to ask for multiple documents after being made aware of completion from Jose and team.

Ms. Hope and Gavin were heaven sent! We were extremely nervous at the start of the process but we knew immediately that they were the team that would help us purchase our first home. We were not wrong either! We begun the process during the winter storm and it did not detour them at all. Due to us having to up and leave our last duty station so quickly, we had trust our agents. They did not let us down. We went under contract without seeing the property in person but it was only due to the outstanding job that Hope and Gavin did at thoroughlyshowing us the property via extensive videos, countless video calls, and millions of photos. When we finally saw the house for the first time, the entire family fell in love with it all over again. There is no way we will ever be able to repay them for the service they have provided to my family and I. It was a life changing experience having them by our side throughout the process.

Jason was the best agent we could have asked for. He made our lives so easy and made this process equally as smooth. From one house to the next, working with him first hand made our lives so intermingled and we’re genuinely sad we don’t have a reason to continuously talk him to lol. He made our entire process enjoyable and so easy. I would recommend anyone to him as he was truly the best and wouldn’t have enjoyed this as much without him! He really cares about his clients and supported us every step of the way.

I had an excellent experience working with my loan officer throughout the home-buying process. She was professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. My Agent Desiree Bergnon with Coldwell Banker was OUTSTANDING! She was on top of everything from the start and was prompt to answer all of my questions or concerns throughout the entire home buying process! Took as much time as I needed to go with me to look at multiple properties and coordinated everything that was needed while keeping me posted.

Alisha and DJ are a great team. Between the two of them, I picked a great home. I found a house that was just what I wanted. They talked to all the inspectors for me, dealt with the seller and their realtor.

Matt Stover was a great agent to work with. Helpful thruout the process. Easy to contact and answered my questions and all the ones my wife asked. Would be my choice of an agent to work with again.
