Karl Schuman was a godsend of an agent. He is one of the most professional, responsive, and selfless people I have ever done business with and I am so thankful he was the agent assigned to me. Jack was amazing from that very first phone call. He expressed his passion for helping veterans early on and made it clear that he was there for me and whatever I needed in this process. Kristen was awesome. She would check in on us often and worked around our schedule to help find/view houses. After viewing 5 houses that weren't quite the right one, she found the perfect home for us. She was willing to work late (which she did multiple times) and clearly knew the real estate market very well.
