I felt like I did the work. As an example, the builders warranty took about two weeks to finalize, no attempt to investigate the hold up. I called Sam to get help. My correspondence with her was almost non existent. Even on the final day of closing, I got a key from the person cleaning the house at around 1700 hours, and I got the other keys today after I went to the builders address in Yuma. I would of thought the real estate would do that.

Kelley was very honest with me about what houses to choose. She even recommended a house that was cheaper than the one I was looking at which she would make less money on but she knew that honesty is the best policy and that it would be a better home for me. In the end it will draw her more business and veterans united more business because I will recommend her and veterans united to all my friends in and out of the navy

Pam was outstanding, she made sure any home that fit our wants and needs got sent over to us and even if we had found a home that wasn’t on her emails, she would set up showings usually for the day or two following us sending them to her. She was also always very fast to respond to messages and calls and kept us up to date the whole way.

Stacy was intelligent and knowledgeable, as well as friendly and open to not only finding the best space for our needs but also to work within our budget. And in a nice piece of synchronicity, unaware to either of us, she is friends with a coworker of mine. That just made it feel even more like we are in trusted hands with her.
