Ok so sandie,
First she never called me once we were paired i had to call her and she didnt answer so i texted her which got a response. When we first met she seemed fine and very professional as we walked through a house that reaked. She came with her husband Steve who is also a realtor. She seemed fine. Then we had my father in law meet her at another house and she and Steve came again and sandie stayed in the car while Steve and my father in law walked the house, again everything seemed fine. Then we found another house and put in an offer sight unseen, she did fine with that as well. But then the process of closing on the house became a nightmare. She never answered phone calls from the beginning I think I spoke to her once on the phone but other then that I had to text her to get a response. Which is alright but annoying. There were several issues that came up with closing and it was like pulling teeth trying to get her to work on them. We had added an addendum that we were almost immediately told needed to be changed and sandie didn't change it until the friday before closing, after me asking her about it several times. Also we needed the pest inspection from the other agent and she wasn't on him to get it in time so we needed grace from veterans united to get it in late, the Monday before closing. Also there was an issue with the title and she wasn't on top of the title company to get stuff done in time so up until the Wednesday before closing (2 days) we didnt know if we would close on time. And when I asked her if she could find stuff out or press on the people to get rhe stuff done she often would say oh that's not my job or not my responsibility. Anytime and email was sent to all of us working on the deal even with tasks for her to do she would just reply with a thank you and then she wouldn't do the things she was given to do. I had to screen shot and highlight the things she needed to do and send in a text to get her to get them done. Oh when we went for the inspection she sent her husband Steve and then when we told Steve some things we needed done and added to the contract he was oblivious and didnt tell them to sandie. When I sent her the things I wanted to ask for from the inspection she added other things of her own saying that the va would flag them and I think that made him not fix one thing that I wanted fixed because she added in too much but that's just my thought. Then when we did the final walk through she sent another agent Cassie. So over all jake and I only met her once. When we did the final walk through the house was trashed but I didnt have an agent that I felt could fight me and have my best interest in mind and get me what I needed. We did choose to close at the set time because we didnt want to delay closing, but that could have some how been rectified. Overall I will be steering people from using her as well as the title company she picked and I will not be recommending her to anyone. I feel like there is so much more i just don't know what else to say. We were very unhappy with the agent we were paired with from veterans united, we expected to get a great agent since the standards are so high and my mother in law is an amazing agent and worked hard to get into the vu agent network.
