So we were given two real estate agents. One in Helena (Keith Thank) and one in Billings (Tammie Hollie). The first thing we noticed is that the real estate agents did not like working together. I somehow ended up being the go-between for them.Tammie was amazing during the house hunting process and the negating process. Once we were past that point she kind of checked out and it was hard to get a hold of her.Keith was really a trooper with our selling process. He was very patient and always positive to us. At time my husband Dustin, didn't always feel like Keith put in %100 effort but I was the one communicating with everybody since Dustin was working. I disagree with Dustin and I feel that Keith did a great job for us.Again, the only thing that I did not care for was the realtors not getting along. That was very frustrating for me.

Gerry pertson was great she helped us more than anyone and helped steer us away from potentially bad choices.
Victoria holmes needs lessons on how to be a listing agent. She lacked the ability of being personable and looked down on our home’s potential. She worked more for the buyer and realtor than us as a seller and caused major delays and wasted our time and money often at times very condescending toward myself and wife.
