Danyell was certainly proactive but definitely young. I will admit to being relatively particular but she could use a bit of seasoning. I think she has great potential but, sending a survey result knowing full well it shows 25% less acreage than what is advertised, and saying nothing about it, is a relatively JV move. Overall, she did okay. But I would likely not recommend her to anyone.

Vic Polanco is extremely thorough and super nice to work with. Has a lot of experience with all the ins and outs when negotiating and working with the sellers and the finance team. I will recommend him when asked about my experience buying a home.
