We were pressured to try and expedite closing after sellers disputed fixing identified damages and were made to feel as if we were all working for the sellers best interests. Following this, our agent Carmela failed to inform us that the carpet in numerous rooms had large patches/ holes, that it wasn’t properly tied in to adjoining floors, that repairs were done very poorly, or that the house had a strong oder. Our agent also failed to inform us that under the master bathroom sink was considerable water damage.

I also had the pleasure of working with Cindy Jacobs during my first home-buying experience, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Cindy was incredibly attentive, answering all of my questions and ensuring that every task was completed on time. She consistently reassured me that I could afford the home I wanted, which greatly eased my concerns. Cindy's communication skills were outstanding; she effectively liaised with the VA, Sellers, and all other necessary parties, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. She also went above and beyond my expectations by communicating and convincing the sellers to provide us additional resources and remedies at no additional cost, I highly recommend Cindy to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive real estate agent, not just for first time home buyers but every Veteran Home Buyer.

First, let me start by saying that the Attention to detail and OUTSTANDING service that Lizzie Fontenelle provided was above any standards I ever heard of from All military members who bought a house. The process she maintains helps ease the customer during this stressful evolution. Kathleen was awesome!! She was super patient with us and worked really hard to find exactly what we were looking for. She always followed up and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process.
One thing we very much appreciated from her part was her input in the whole home buying process and maintenance which was amazing.

Lori Bang most definitely went above and beyond for us! She weathered with us our new build which took 9 months. She was there every step of the way. She kept in touch with builder for updates, went by the build site, and kept us informed. I have honestly never had a real estate agent as efficient and wonderful as she is.
