Overall, my experience with my real estate agent was good, though there were moments that could have gone smoother. Communication and follow-through were solid at times, but there were also a few instances where I felt details could have been handled more proactively or clearly.That said, my agent remained professional throughout the process and helped me successfully close on my home, which I truly appreciate. Buying a home can be a stressful journey, and despite a few bumps along the way, I’m grateful for the effort and dedication that helped get me to the finish line.

My realtor was dry. I expected this to be an exciting time for me but, the process with Cecilia wasn’t so comforting or exciting. Some things that stood out was misinformation about the loan funding and access to keys, home warranty information, the “home sold” photo I was…..waiting for that she didn’t have a sign at the final walk through. Also, my closing date was scheduled and she was out of town. I feel like this date should have been modified if she had known she wasn’t going to be there (I understand emergencies). But, for the amount of money she made from the sale of my home, I expected an unforgettable, positive experience. This was subpar. Very subpar. She just “did her job.”

Shannon was incredible to work with. Funny enough, I actually know her younger brother from our time together in the Marine Corps, so she instantly felt like part of my extended family. She went above and beyond to help me find the right home, using her experience and personal connections to make everything come together perfectly. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent or a smoother process.

The only downside of acquiring our first home is that we won't be working with Crystal anymore. She is such an incredible woman, and caring realtor. Even after signing the documents and receiving our keys, she was adamant about helping us with cleanup that the previous sellers left behind. I couldn't recommend her enough. Such an incredible person and realtor.

He is great real estate agent! He worked so well with me and my son. I live out of state and he handled everything for me. He was always available and has great real estate knowledge. He did a great job ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍

Our real estate agent, Loretta, was pretty patient with us during our house hunting. She's constantly checking with us and offering to show properties. She's quick to answer questions and was able to provide recommendations.
