Sandra and her assistant Francisca are really awesome. They had no problems working with us despite the time difference from America and Japan. They provided excellent virtual tours of any home we wanted to view and great recommendations when requested that eventually put us in the home we love. These two are really a awesome pair and have a great dynamic.

They say don't judge a book by It's cover. And I'm not the easiest person to work with or get along with. I'm firm and I know what I want. She went there to make me feel like family to help me with everything. She knew what had to done when she saw my face and she automatically knew. Okay. This is not what this lady would need, so let's move a little on and let's go further. She didn't care how many times she had to show me a house or how many houses she had to show me. And when we made a decision she made it happen when it came to the cellar and things that needed to be done. She fought for it because it was the right thing to do. She's family now.

Deb Kelly and her husband Kevin were and are great from beginning to end. Deb held my hand through every process. The computer process confused me and Deb walked me through everything. When We knew we wanted to buy the first condo we saw, we thought we better look at some more, so they found us more to look at only for us to buy the first me that we saw.
