Sam overall is a good person, but my wife and I believe he was advocating more for the seller than he was for my wife and I. Ifeel he didn't have our best interests at heart.

TERRIBLE. If I could give him a ZERO.I would. Poor communication, poor responsiveness, poor followup. Only heard from him when he needed something. Never even a congratulations or thank you from him after closing. Wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy.

Geri is arguably one of the best real estate agents someone could ask for. To say she was helpful is an understatement. She constantly looked out for me and was available anytime I needed any assistance. I'd recommend her to anyone, whether or not they are another veteran.
