No communication. Did not feel like she was out for our best interests but instead to just collect her %. Was not in our corner and was unresponsive for the whole process. Would not recommend. Did a half walk through and did not really check anything out for us despite us being unable to visit the home prior due to my wife being active duty and my job at the time I could not leave due to trying to buy said home.

Jan is wonderful, it was like we’ve known each other for years. She arranged for the three houses I picked out to all be seen on the same day. I don’t know if that’s a standard thing or not but it impressed me a lot. Jan answered all of my questions, even about things not necessarily to just her job. If she didn’t know she would find out and get back to me in a short time. I was very comfortable working with her 💕

Mrs Rhonda Holt was phenomenal! A rock star! She knew the ins and outs of every neighborhood, investment property, who flipped what and how well/horrible their others were. She was like an All Source Realtor, combining knowledge of every aspect within the real estate realm. She should be the first recommendation when a new client is searching for a realtor using Veterans United.
