Closing was delayed from lack of communication between agent to buyer and agent to loan officers regarding solar company and other required documents. I was without power for three days after closing and moving into new home. Lack of power resulted in the refrigerator flooding the kitchen and causing significant water damage. Additionally all PIN request items were not met due to agent clerical errors and no documentation or proof of professional work was presented to myself as the buyer. Last, the master bathroom sinks were damaged after inspection and prior to closing. The master bathroom on the second floor also flooded causing severe damage and out of pocket costs.

I am so lucky to have had Maggie Porter as my Realtor. Maggie understood that I had never been to Colorado Springs and didn't know where to begin. She guided me through the entire process and truly listened to me when I explained to her what I was looking for in a home. Together, we found the perfect house. Isabella was pretty good. She’s young and excited but also she seemed to be working for Keller Williams instead of working for me. It was very clear that her main focus was her commission. I would 100% hire her again I would just go about the process a bit differently my self.

Again Debra Kee was on top of everything and this started as a long distance purchase us being in Ca and the home in Tn. Debra kept us informed and provided us contacts for home inspections, requests information from the sellers thru their agent. She was available for us to see the home when we arrived and follow up for repair inspection.
