It was a mess in the beginning. Communications issues with the agent from the start. There was little guidance for us when it came to submitting due diligence and miscommunication about the costs. When Mitch was brought in to take point he seemed every helpful yet distant. It wasn't clear who we were supposed to talk to and how things needed to be handled. Michelle and Mitch were both unenthusiastic during the whole process until we closed.
