We were originally assigned to Joell H, who quickly passed us off to a member of her team. Lack of communication from Joell was borderline offensive. My fiancé And I didn’t feel like we were being listened to as to what we wanted or are looking for. They were poor at getting us answers to things we felt were important, awful at communicating between each other, and overall made the home buying experience far less enjoyable.

She was a shark in the water, my wife and I were timid about repairs that we're needed, and just asked for one thing, she came at the sellers with a list and got them all completed.
She got us a fantastic deal, kept us involved the whole time. She even had a contract written up for us while she was out of state for a funeral.
She helped us find our forever home after 14 years of renting. Absolutely the best if I could give 100 out of 10 I would
