Shanna Garrett was outstanding! She would do a lot of research for me on all these homes that we looked at to give me the peace of mind that the home would qualify for my loan. She has a lot of patience and experience. Gave me tips on things and tried to help me with some money tip offers that was out there. I also have taken her advice as spring was rolling around that if there was a house I really wanted that I should immediately schedule it to look at because they end up going really fast. She wants to make sure that it is the right home for me and for what I would want to use it for.

Rob was a perfect match for us. His understanding of the area, property type, and advice on what to look out for in a property was extremely knowledgeable. It was readily apparent when viewing the property with Rob that he wasn't just in it to make a sale with us, but he actually cared about us settling into a good home and wanted us to have the best property for what we needed.

Derek Pearson is “THE MAN” ( my apologies to all of my lifelong friends that are in the business) he was such a huge help and stress reliever throughout the entire process from beginning to end.
