We had two realtors, Tony and Joelle. Joelle was not a pleasant person to work with. I felt like she was attempting to take advantage of
Us when purchasing our first home. I would ask Joelle if she could talk to the sellers realtor, besides doing what I asked, she would come up with a reason why it wasn’t a good idea. I believe she was looking out for the well being of herself besides making the process smoother for the veteran. The realtors only did the bare minimum, at the end of the whole process I found out that those two indicates were not needed at all, as they did not assist us in anyway. I felt like she did not meet my expectations nor expectations set forth by Veterans United. From negotiation with the sellers to our realtors communicating with us, there was no reason to believe that they were professional in their field. I would like to express that if a solider who is new to a home buying experiences, I would hope that VU does not refer the soldier to these two real estate agents.
