She was only on top of everything when she was sending us houses to look at. After that she dropped the ball on several different paperwork things. She was messaged multiple times by myself. My wife and I hear our loan officer. She constantly thought other people were sending things when she was directly told to send things.

I cannot say enough, good things about Marion. Positive attitude every day. She made me feel like I was family. Derek Heppe was a fantastic Agent. He knew from our first conversation that we were in no hurry to buy and also that we were looking in other geographic locations. He was patient with us and only sent listings of available properties that met our criteria. We physically viewed just a few places which he coordinated and provided all the Pros and Cons of each property we toured. Always very responsive whenever we had questions and negotiated very well on our behalf.
