I don't think Warren is a bad real estate agent, but I don't think we has the best fit for us. He needed to be more aggressive and proactive for us. His style and preference of houses didn't match ours well, causing there to be an oil & water relationship with our desired type of house. Ultimately, he did his job well, and we ended up in the house we wanted - the house we are meant to be in. So there aren't any big complaints.

Karl Schuman was a godsend of an agent. He is one of the most professional, responsive, and selfless people I have ever done business with and I am so thankful he was the agent assigned to me. Karl went out of his way to overcommunicate with all other seller agents and the VU team on my behalf while always accomplishing what we needed often having everything prepared ahead of time. Kristen was awesome. She would check in on us often and worked around our schedule to help find/view houses. After viewing 5 houses that weren't quite the right one, she found the perfect home for us. She was willing to work late (which she did multiple times) and clearly knew the real estate market very well.
