When asking about estimated closing costs he told me the full 10k and this sent my fiance and I into a mild panic because of us trying to figure out how to get that kind of money thankfully for our loan officer we got it fixed.

I don't know if words could describe Shirlene. She is 1 in a billion. We were so picky. With is having four kids and wanting the best for them. She was right by our side with understanding of the situation. She wanted nothing but the best for us. She was the most kindest and sweetest person we could of ever asked for. She will remain a friend for our family for years and years.

Bill Anderson was great to work with. He's a quiet type, however will not steer you wrong. He is very truthful with what he is looking at and if it's not worth your time he let's you know up front.
