As a first-time buyer, my wife and I had little knowledge of what to expect during the entire process. Melissa is hands down, the best realtor that we could have asked for. Throughout the process, she was incredibly patient and educated us on each step from start to finish. She is very genuine and passionate about her career choice which made it a pleasure trusting and working with her. Melissa is extremely communicative and would answer any of our calls and or emails in a timely manner. We found her to be very helpful, especially when explaining the complexity of the contract details.Melissa has exceptional market knowledge and was providing my wife and I with different housing options after we informed her of what we were looking for.Being across the country, my wife and I were not able to view our future home in person, but Melissa took the initiative and not only toured the home for us but recorded it as well! She was extremely honest during the tour and even mentioned both the positives and negatives that she found within the home.My wife and I were extremely impressed by how strong Melissa’s negotiating skills were with the seller. We got everything that we could have asked for and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND future homeowners have Melissa on their team!!

Didn’t feel that I was totally represented for obtaining a quality home for the price we paid. Kind of felt railroaded into a bad purchase without an escape hatch.

Robin banas is an amazing realtor! She knows her housing market better than anyone else. I leaned on her for guidance for my house offer (and she nailed it!!!!) and felt she always put my best interests before everything else. She answered my late night calls/texts and answered my endless questions. Everytime i wanted to view a property she was on it, at a rapid pace and was understanding about my need to find a home quickly despite the home purchase falling on two major holidays. Thanksgiving and Christmas. She is incredible and I am so grateful she is my realtor!
