She never really gave us info or provided help unless we explicitly asked for it. I understand some people may be better communicators in person versus texting or calling, but buying this house from another country made it a little difficult.

At first it seemed like he was on our team, but once we put in an offer it seemed like things changed. He rushed us through paying our earnest money, and making an offer on the house BEFORE the appraisal and our optional inspection. He said things like “well they accepted your offer, BUT they weren’t happy about it.” And “they came down ten grand, hope that’s good enough for you.” And was generally passive aggressive on the phone with my wife. At the end of it all it seemed like he was in Kahoots with the sellers agent, and they both seemed uninterested in either the seller or the buyers needs/wants. But the smile on their faces when they both got their commission. This is our first home buying experience, and this process was made to be extremely stressful and rushed.

My real estate agent has done a absolute great job with helping me through the process of finding a home they were very informative and had my best interest in mind I would recommend my real estate agent to any one looking for a home any day of the week they are the real deal !! 1 out of 10 they would be an absolute 10
