Once an offer was submitted interaction decreased. Also the house wasn’t researched and it appears it was a flipped home that was done poorly. This wasn’t made clear. Realtor may not have known but more background information on the home would have been nice.

Very friendly, but we had to keep reaching out to get updates instead of being updated. Had several instances where stuff was done or not done without being notified.
