Difficult to get information out of. We asked numerous questions and may or may not get a reply. After the offer was made and accepted, we felt as if we were alone and were not kept in the loop. When we made them aware of our concerns we were told that this is how we do it in Arizona. To date there is an outstand item with the garage door, the sellers were to fix and has NOT been accomplished! We don't even know who the sellers realtor is, officially. We have no forwarding address for the seller regarding mail. There just are too many loose ends that should have been taken care if PRIOR to closing!

VU connected us with Orion Moquin who was absolutely brilliant. Like AJ, he was with us through a nearly 2-year process. As a veteran himself, he was very familiar with the VA homebuying experience, and he proved quickly that he was very knowledgeable about the real estate market in his state and area.
