Candice was incredible - I've never had an agent actually be one or more steps ahead of me so that was a refreshing change. she thought of things I did not and her response time was wicked fast. also a bulldog when that needed to happen which turned out to be several times lol she even wrote out an appraisal appeal for me that wound up getting approved; which I am told is no small feat. great agent to work with and have on my side.

I couldn’t have asked for someone better than Mary. She was always a text or call away, went out her way to share videos and photos of the town and neighborhood. Taught me and my wife the process of buying a home. Now I am happy with my home and this next chapter in me and my wife’s life. Thank you Mary!

Literally the best real estate agent I’ve ever worked with! Which is saying a lot since I’m not a fan of real estate agents. She was a constant joy, helpful in every aspect even if it was answering questions about what kind of hedges to plant. She worked with getting us the house of our dreams for a price we could afford with very difficult sellers. Could not have had a better experience!
