My experience with Mr. Turner was unfortunately underwhelming. While our initial interactions were satisfactory, the in-person showing of the property raised concerns. Mr. Turner appeared unfamiliar with the house, pointing out obvious features. His attire for the showing, specifically Crocs, also struck me as unprofessional.Following the showing, communication took a downturn. We received a text message from Mr. Turner that both my partner and I found disrespectful and overly familiar. While I acknowledge we should have informed Mr. Turner about our visit with the homeowner, his subsequent communication felt more akin to reprimanding children than addressing clients. This incident led me to cease direct communication with him.Throughout the remainder of the process, Mr. Turner's involvement seemed limited to forwarding emails from the lender (Mark and Toby). While I appreciate staying informed, I'm unsure what other value Mr. Turner brought to the process.Overall, I found the lack of professionalism and guidance disappointing. I would not recommend Mr. Turner's services based on my experience.

Brett waa great. I was from a state away and spent the weekend showing me homes in the area I had chosen to see. He offered suggestions on how to make changes in different homes and see the potential. One of those homes became my forever home.

She went above and beyond what was necessary to make my who am I experience as seamless as possible, in addition to offering assistance that was not required. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and i can't possibly recommend her enough!
