We weren’t confident going in to closing with our realtor. I had to pressure her and the seller’s realtor to provide documentation for work that needed to be done and information about the property history. They were more concerned with closing the deal and moving on. As first time home buyers, buying a home is a big commitment and this is not the experience you want.

Kelsey was absolutely great! She showed us every home we wanted to see around Lufkin and even shared helpful history and facts about the area. She always answered my texts—no matter the time—and went above and beyond. She even stopped by the house before we arrived to pick up a package that was delivered early. In our eyes, she went far beyond what we expected, and I’d recommend her in a heartbeat!

My real estate agent Bryan was great and easy to work with. Having experienced a previously uneasy experience with an agent prior to Bryan. I reached out to my Veterans United, and was promptly provided with a new agent, Bryan. He was always prompt, professional and very accommodating, no matter the distance or number of viewings requested.
