While Esther was responsive at times, our overall experience left us feeling disappointed and, frankly, misled. We felt duped into agreeing to the 1% buyer’s agent fee in the contract without fully understanding the implications upfront. As the process unfolded, it became increasingly clear that we often had to proactively pull information rather than being kept informed through consistent, transparent communication.Additionally, we did not feel confident that our interests were always being represented in the most positive or effective manner when engaging with sellers and their agents. There were multiple instances where we felt more like observers than advocates in our own transaction.Buying a home is a significant milestone, and we were hoping for stronger guidance, clearer communication, and more assertive representation throughout the process.

We could not have asked for a better realtor! Tonga was amazing through and through. She took the time to explain the process to us, and made sure she took our considerations and ideas about houses in to help with the process. Tonga helped us through it all and truly cared about our opinions. She completely understood exactly what we wanted! She was so kind and thoughtful, and made this whole experience easy and less stressful especially with our scheduling difficulties. Tonga gave us insights on every aspect of house buying that we would have never known without her. She also made us feel comfortable, and we knew we were in good hands since our first phone call with her. Please make sure she sees this, so she knows how much she impacted our journey to buying a house!

- Melissa Hardy- Wow, oh Wow, Beyond Highest Praise. I was concern; (as a curosity) as she traveled 45 mins or more to meet up with me, tour houses, etc..but I was re-assured by Jason Balls to give her a chance.- Best Advise, Very Knowledgeable, Wow, Beyond Expectation and was In good hands..Highly Recommend from this 13 year Combat Disabled USMC Veteran!!!- Melissa Hardy- Responded Quickly with Replies- answered All my dumb questions, and answered my same question over n over. Now, Family and can reach out to her anyrime n encouraged....Looked after Veteran Clients, Went Beyond the Means of Service. Definately will take care of Veterans!!! Babs Lewis was absolutely amazing to work with! I was purchasing a home from out of state, and she made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free. She conducted virtual tours with great care, evaluating each home as if she were buying it herself. That level of dedication gave me so much confidence and reassurance. Her communication was outstanding—she always kept me informed and updated throughout every step of the home-buying process. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor!
