Our experience working with Melvin was overall positive, and we ultimately achieved the outcome we were hoping for, which we are very happy about. Melvin was knowledgeable and dedicated, and we appreciated their efforts throughout the process.That being said, there were moments where we felt that more transparency and organization would have made the experience smoother. At times, communication was unclear, and we had to seek clarification on certain details, which caused some frustration. With a bit more attention to these aspects, we believe the process could have been more seamless.Nevertheless, we're pleased with the final results and would still recommend Melvin for their expertise and commitment to getting the job done.-

Katherine was great, the sellers agent lied and misrepresented a couple major aspects about the listing but my agent had nothing to do with that, she did everything she could to ensure I got the best deal I could get and even helped me figure out how to deal with an ant infestation the morning after I moved in.
