Aside from Andrew, members of the team I found to be a little rude at times. I will not use any names, but I felt they had issues with my confusion on some of the more tricky subjects. Otherwise, good job to everyone.

The only thing that let us down during the process was the agent assigned to us by Veterans United. As first time home buyers we needed more guidance than we were given.Communication was horrible. We’d reach out to the agent and sometimes not receive feedback at all or for multiple days, often very short or responses that felt like we were annoying her or dumb.Throughout the process we were told don’t worry about getting a low appraisal, and the one offer we had accepted appraised way below our offer.After receiving the low appraisal Holly was not helpful when trying to come up with comps when we wanted to challenge the appraisal. Instead she sent us 20 or so listings and expected us to come up with MLS sheets for comps a to be used in the ROV process. I am not a trained realtor. I cannot pick and come up with the best comps in order to be successful in an ROV. We just felt extremely unsupported throughout the process and she decided to just not respond to many of our texts or seemed short and rude when responding. We had to reach out to our loan team for help and it made a very stressful situation worse. Next time we are I’ll pick our own realtor.

I thought it was a illegal for me to use a VA home loan on a fixer upper. I don't have a washer hook up. My dishwasher doesn't work. My all new stainless steel appliances are from some liquidation sale and scratched. Definitely not new as advertised. A constant stream of crackheads I'm having to run off. This place wasn't even painted properly. Not even cleaned. I feel taken advantage of. You said you would call a handy person but i've heard nothing from anybody. Bare minimum the stuff that was advertised to have worked should have worked. Somebody needs to make this right to me. You got your commission and I got a middle finger. How would you feel if somebody did this to you? I can't even wash my clothes.

Oh my gosh. Give this woman a raise. Absolutely above and beyond. No request was refused and every single one carried out with pleasure and within 24 hours despite our 13 hour time zone difference. I honestly can’t say enough positive things. Stacy is absolutely the best realtor I’ve ever worked with and has done more than in her job description for me. Without her on the team, Veterans United was a good experience. With her, it’s been excellent. Her customer service is personal and genuine.

Boyd was simply outstanding. Great support on all aspects of the process. He went above and beyond in ensuring my process was done snd dine right the first time. Boyd is my hero, i bought two houses in my life, but not a single of those processes were as smooth and successful as this one
