I appreciate all the work it took to schedule viewings and walk through the homes with me. Of note, I did feel that due to the quick turnaround of homes, I ended up having to research homes myself, that were in the areas I wanted, to ensure I didn’t miss an opportunity. A lot of homes had offers 1-2 days on the market and I wouldn’t have found my home (or provided an offer in time) if I relied on the details provided on the MLS website that was shared with me by my agent. I’ve never worked with a real estate agent before so not sure if this was normal, but just some feedback based on my experience and expectations. Overall, though, I had a good experience.

Tanja was friendly and timely. I don't feel it was a conflict of interest for her to be the sellers agent and mine as the buyer. I don't feel her long-distance house review was as honest as it should have been. She also recommended a home inspector who has fine reviews on his website, but on his Facebook profile he has a lot of people thanking him for help with crypto currency. Sketchy
