Serena did her job but at times felt like we had to remind her of stuff to do for us. Often times we’d get text messages with apologies and long story of why she was late or she couldn’t show up. Maybe she was tasked saturated. She’d stop communication with us until we reached out again. Felt that we lost on offers because of her lack of communication and not following up with the Sellers’s agents. We offered to swap agents since we signed an agreement with her but she said she’d prefer to push through with us. Thankfully we got our house but I wouldn’t work with her again or recommend her either.

Martin was a joy to work with. He was really personable, and being a veteran himself, he was mindful of what was important for me and my family. He was a real trooper too. The first day we were looking at properties nonstop for seven hours since my wife and I had to drive down three hours. We didn't stop for lunch because we thought that we wouldn't be able to fit in all the properties on time. Martin accommodated us and helped us to find the house my wife and I are currently living in. I am thankful to have had such a diligent and hardworking realtor.

Very sweet had no issues with any questions we had about the houses that we looked at made it easy for us to video chat and see the houses also overall just a very sweet agent who also understood any questions we had and if we repeated the questions
