Albert was a great agent. He got things moving along quickly and always kept me in the know. He went to bat for me on some repairs, even though the seller accepted my offer with the contingency “as is.” He never dragged his feet and made sure we were progressing with the contractors and inspectors. I don't think Warren is a bad real estate agent, but I don't think we has the best fit for us. He needed to be more aggressive and proactive for us. His style and preference of houses didn't match ours well, causing there to be an oil & water relationship with our desired type of house. Ultimately, he did his job well, and we ended up in the house we wanted - the house we are meant to be in. So there aren't any big complaints.
