She was amazing she went up and beyond anything and everything she was absolutely so helpfull I would text her send pictures on any time and even on non work days weekend and she would respond I put my trust in her hands because I didn’t kno half of the stuff send to me and she helped me with everything I’m truly grateful and if ther was anything I could do for her any time she just have to call me I’m in forever in her debt thank Ariana Hernandez from bottom of my heart

D'Marcus and Jeremy are fantastic, even after closing they are still there for me with advice. It was a very stressful close and I wound not have made it through without their support and encouragement.

Did great and was available and didn't push us to make a decision aswell. Really helpful and gave us a lot of time to view numerous houses. The only gripes I could think of is I wish she'd found cleaners for the house before we moved in. We had to sweep mop and clean alot which isn't necessarily the worst just would've been a bonus. As well as her house recommendations were 100% automated and it didn't really find us anything we liked i wish it was more personal and she did a bit of her own hunting especially after the first couple of showings when maybe she could get more ideas on what were liking.

I recently worked with Tia during my home buying process, and I would like to share my experience. Overall, it was a decent experience, and she provided some valuable assistance along the way.Tia was knowledgeable about the local market She was responsive to my inquiries and made an effort to accommodate my schedule for viewings, which I appreciated.While there were moments of clear communication, there were also times when I felt that I could have used more detailed information or guidance, especially regarding certain aspects of the negotiation process.In summary, my experience with Tia was satisfactory. She has a solid understanding of the real estate market and with some improvements in understanding disability ratings advantages per the VA she could provide an even better experience for future clients. My real estate agent talked my wife and I out of a home I really did want. Only to a few weeks later, attempt to make contact after my protest of wanting the home. At no point did my real estate agent fight for me when it came to negotiations. Totally spineless and completely incompetent.
She did not inform me the earnest money needed to be paid by cashiers check only. Per the title company, they only accept checks or cashiers checks. I called USAA and was the only way to get a cashiers check was to get it mailed to me. I went to the title company and explained what happened, they informed me the earnest money could be sent with the closing costs, which could be sent with a wire transfer. Just to be clear, earnest money; check or cashiers check only, no wire transfers. Closing costs with earnest money, wire transfers no problem.I did not receive the check until after the closing date. Does it really matter? No. Does it bother me the lack of communication and clarity of what needed to be done for me to close on my home? Yes.

Paul DiCicco was the best, he was very patient and showed a lot of understanding and empathy during my search for my home. I came into this process not knowing exactly what I wanted or where to start. He guided me and was ALWAYS available to help me with questions, and he was always available to schedule home viewings. Some may say “well that’s his job” and it is. But Paul was a huge part of my home buying process and he was there for me each and every step of the way. With out him, this could have been a stressful and overwhelming experience. But it wasn’t, he communicated with me even when I was not sure what to ask. He made sure we found what I was looking for and he was available to assist me while he worked around my hectic work schedule. This was an amazing experience. Prior to meeting him, I had 2 real estate agents and they made me feel that this wouldn’t be possible because I didn’t have a huge savings when I started my process, one of the previous agents refused to show me homes until I had a certain amount of money in my account. With Paul, we worked together for 6 days on that 6th day we found my forever home. I’m very grateful to have such amazing person to help me with this process. He was honest, and made me aware of what I needed before taking the next steps. Paul is the man to go to if you want someone that gets things done and that will guide you the whole way through!

Julie was perfect and so kind and helpful. This was my first time buying a home and I honestly don't think I would of made it closing without her. She was very knowledgeable and so kind. She is a great person and I'm thankful I was able to share this experience with her. I trust her with helping my entire family. Im honestly so thankful I had her!
