Really friendly and knew her stuff. I just wish we stepped back after the home inspection to renegotiate after all the problems with the property were identified. But thats also on me for moving forward before critically looking at it. Overall a decent job.

Please never set Sandra Lenins up with another veteran. She was dreadful. Prior to us going under contract she was great but once we signed the “dotted line” she was terrible. She belittled us about our offer. Communicating with her was insanely difficult. It felt like she was more on the sellers side than ours. She would constantly remind us that what a great deal we were getting and never actually addressed our concerns or answered any of our questions. It was impossible to have a conversation with her in person or via phone call without her speaking over me. I was embarrassed with the way she spoke to my loan team in emails. She also openly belittled our home inspector and our loan team. She is extremely unprofessional.

As soon as I sent her some houses she was hustling. Good representation from video and not being able to see the houses in person. She has been amazing before and after closing with contacts from contracting, mowing, and helping move a fridge locally. Will definitely return to her for the sale when I move and refer.

Angie really understood and explained the process. She helped identify things that were a challenge to pass VA appraisal. I would have been better to take her advice all the time and not make emotional decisions. Eventually I found a great home
