Or say its still good when everything is broken. She got the point and did 1000000000000% with me the whole time, no playing, and I love it!

She was on the spot finding a house but once it was passed off to the loan team for the last little steps I didn't like how things closed out. I would have appreciated a final walk through to have the people who flipped the house actually take care of the concrete they threw throughout the yard. The picnic table that I have no way to actually lift to bring to the curb. The broken tiles all over the place. This all should have been found in a final walk through and requested to be taken care of.
